Manage Your Triggers

A Self - Learning Module

Managing your triggers involves seven steps to help you proactively plan how you'll handle future challenges. These steps enable you to manage your responses, regain control, and build confidence. While you can't control when triggers appear, you can decide how to respond and live without fear of the unknown.   

The waters are rough, but by setting your rutter in the right direction, you will be able to steer yourself through what is infront of you. 

INSTRUCTIONS:  Take the PDF and download it to your computer  or cell phone, open the file and print it for a hardcopy.  Then place the PDF as a printed copy infront of you and turn on the video.  As the video plays, follow along on the Printed PDF version that is infront of you, and fill in your response to each practicel exercise.  Keep the hard copy as a saved documenet and use this copy as your personal guide on to how you will manage "Triggers" in the future.  You can update and make chages to your "Manage Your Triggers" document anytime in the future so it stays current and useful as a coping skill.
